The Juniper QFX5241-64QD-CHAS is a 2U fixed-configuration switch chassis from the QFX5200-Transform line, designed for high-performance data center deployments. It supports 64 QSFP-DD ports capable of 800GbE operation and 2 additional 10GbE SFP+ ports, delivering 51.2 Tbps of unidirectional throughput. Ideal for spine-leaf architectures, it runs Junos OS Evolved for advanced automation and programmability.

Built as a fixed 2U chassis, the QFX5241-64QD-CHAS features high-scale forwarding with 136K MAC addresses, 4K VLAN IDs, and 0.165 GB packet buffer. It includes 8 unicast and 2 multicast QoS queues per port. Powered by an Intel 4-core 2.2-GHz Ice Lake CPU with 32 GB DRAM and 960 GB SSD storage, it ensures robust control plane performance. Timing support via 10 MHz, PPS, and ToD ports enables precise synchronization.
High Availability & Redundancy
Redundant power supplies (1+1) and cooling (3+1 fans) with hot-swap FRUs. AFO airflow (front-to-back) with 403 CFM volume. Supports dual PSUs up to 3000 W max / 932 W average consumption.
Management & Connectivity
Management via 1x RJ-45 console, 1x RJ-45 OOB management, and 1x USB Type A port. 2x SFP+ network ports for additional connectivity.
