Product Overview

The Juniper SRX345-SYS-JB is a member of the SRX300 line of firewalls designed for branch offices. It provides next-generation firewall capabilities with high-performance security services including firewall, VPN, IPS, and application security. Ideal for secure branch connectivity with 8x GE copper ports and 4x 1/10GE SFP+ uplink ports.

Architecture & Performance

Powered by Juniper’s custom security ASIC, the SRX345 delivers 5 Gbps firewall throughput, 1.6 Gbps IPsec VPN performance, and 500 Mbps IPS throughput. It supports up to 128,000 concurrent sessions and 25,000 new sessions per second. Features low latency for real-time applications and robust buffering for bursty traffic.

Software Features

Running Junos OS, the SRX345 supports advanced routing (BGP, OSPF, VRF), security services (AppSecure, Sky ATP, UTM), SD-WAN, and EVPN-VXLAN overlays. Flexible licensing enables scaling from base to premium security bundles.

Physical & Environmental

Compact 1RU form factor suitable for branch deployments. Internal fixed power supply with low power consumption. Meets key compliance standards for safety, EMC, and environmental specifications.
