RTU includes Essentials (basic routing/management) and Advantage (advanced features like L2/L3 VPN, Traffic Engineering, MACsec, SL-API, BNG). SIA terms: 36-59 months (xxx-SIA-3) or 60-120 months (xxx-SIA-5). Requires Cisco Smart Licensing for compliance, registration, and usage reporting.
