Standard terms for enterprise hardware procurement.
Last updated: January 1, 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and placing orders with ITMall ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all enterprise hardware procurement, logistics services, and consulting provided by ITMall.
2. B2B Trading Policy
ITMall operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing products for business use, resale, or enterprise infrastructure deployment. We reserve the right to verify business credentials before processing large volume orders.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. While we strive for accuracy, global hardware markets are volatile. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable due to supply chain constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
4. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. ITMall reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, typically related to export compliance or stock verification.
5. Global Warranty & Returns
Hardware sold by ITMall is covered by our standard warranty unless typically stated otherwise. Please refer to our Warranty & Returns Policy for detailed procedures regarding RMAs and advance replacements.
6. Compliance & Export Controls
Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations, including those of the United States and the jurisdiction in which the products are delivered. Products purchased from ITMall may not be exported or re-exported to embargoed countries.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ITMall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services, strictly limited to the purchase price of the hardware.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
