HPE Synergy is the first platform built from the ground up for composable infrastructure, providing an experience that enables IT to create and deliver new value instantly and consistently. HPE Synergy supports dual-socket and quad-socket compute modules that provide performance, scalability, density optimisation, storage simplicity and configuration flexibility to support a wide range of workloads, including business processing, IT infrastructure, web infrastructure, collaboration and high-performance computing.
The HPE Synergy 660 Gen10 Compute Module is available in a four-socket, full-height form factor that provides the flexibility, control, and security to support demanding workloads and virtualised densities. Featuring 2 or 4 Intel® Xeon® Scalable Series processors, 48 HPE DDR4 Smart Memory slots supporting up to 6TB, flexible storage controller options of up to 4 SFF drives (8 uFF drives) and/or up to 4 internal M.2 drives, and six (6) I/O mezzanine slots. This compute module is designed to create a flexible pool of compute capacity in a composable infrastructure. This makes the HPE Synergy 660 Gen10 compute module an ideal platform for virtualisation density, high availability and scaling enterprise workloads.
